Terms and conditions

Effective Date: January 15, 2025

Welcome to DxVet!

Whether you found us through an online search or are here to use our diagnostic services, courses, or exclusive content, we’re thrilled to have you with us. This document, formally referred to as the “Terms and Conditions of Use,” sets out the rules for using the DxVet.pt website. By accessing and using our site, you agree to these terms. We know they might not be the most exciting read, but they’re essential to ensure a safe and transparent experience for everyone. Please read them carefully, as they explain the responsibilities between you (“client,” “user,” or “you”) and DxVet (“we” or “our”).

If you’re in a hurry, here’s the gist: don’t misuse the site, respect our content, and don’t engage in any illegal, questionable, or just plain strange activities. Now, let’s dive into the details.

Definitions

  • Client: Refers to any veterinarian, veterinary clinic, or authorized professional using our services.

  • We/Site: Refers to DxVet, our website, services, and any associated digital platforms.

  • Clinical Case: A set of diagnostic information, including images, videos, and patient history, submitted for analysis.

  • Services: Includes one-time digital products, courses, free templates, and tele-diagnostic services provided by DxVet.

The Basics (or “What You’re Agreeing To”)

By accessing and using our site, you:

  1. Confirm that you are legally allowed to do so (no cats, dogs, or goldfish pretending to be humans, please).

  2. Agree to these terms in full.

  3. Acknowledge that if these terms are updated, the new version will be posted here with the corresponding date. Continued use of the site after changes means you agree to them. No virtual handshake is needed—your clicks are confirmation enough.
