1
What is a "clinical case"?
A clinical case corresponds to one patient and may include several images or videos of exams carried out in the same period. This set is evaluated as a single case.
2
Can I send more than one image or video per case?
Sure! As long as the images or videos belong to the same patient and the same evaluation period, they can be sent in the same case.
3
How long will it take to receive the report?
Reports are sent within 24 business hours after images and patient information are sent.
4
What is the cost per case?
The value per case varies depending on the subscription plan chosen. Each plan offers a more competitive cost per case as the monthly amount contracted increases.
5
Do cases that I didn't use in one month accumulate in the next month?
No. The only exception is when you subscribe for the first time in the middle of the month, for example, and you are unable to use all cases by the end of that month. In this case, unused cases only roll over to the following month.
6
How can I cancel a subscription plan?
Monthly plans can be canceled at any time through the customer area. Please note that annual plans cannot be canceled before the end of the contracted period.
7
Can I migrate between plans as needed?
Yes, you can adjust your plan according to your clinic's monthly demand, whether for a plan with more or fewer cases, just get in touch.
8
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the main credit cards and payment options such as bank transfer, making it easier to sign up to the service.
9
In what format are reports delivered?
Reports are delivered in PDF formats, compatible with most veterinary clinic systems.
10
Will someone from the DxVet team visit my clinic?
No, our service is totally remote, which means that the exams are carried out by your team and with the equipment at your disposal.
